As an infrared certified inspector, I am in an elite group of Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors who are embracing the lates, most advanced technology abailable.  By measuring the small temperature differences a trained thermographer can detect water/plumbing leaks (potential affected mold areas), latent moisture in walls cause by various condition, missing insulation, pest infestations, ductwork/HVAC cabinet leaks (energy loss/gain), and electrical hot spots that are outside of normal operating ranges which could be hazardous.  An inspector without infrared thermal imaging technology and training is at a great disadvantage and cannot provide a state of the art inspection.  We provide professional home inspections throughout San Antonio, Boerne, Bulverde, Cibolo, Converse, Fair Oaks Ranch, Garden Ridge, Helotes, Spring Branch, and Universal City, Texas.
